MEXICO EARTHQUAKE DEC. 10, Saturday Evening- Magnitude 6.7 and at least two killed.

This Saturday evening magnitude 6.7 earthquake in Mexico was centered in the state of Guerrero and was approximately 40 miles down within the earths crust. This is probably why the damage has not been more severe for such a large quake. There are many reported power outages, along with two reported deaths, due to the shaking. It was felt easily in Mexico City and at least 3 neighboring states as it rumbled. I have covered quakes earlier this year in this blog and will again soon.
